It's pretty amazing just how small this thing is, even if it's a very low-powered PC. Then again, there's no way this thing will stay in place with a normal HDMI cable connected to it - the weight of the cable will likely tip it over or at the very least cause it to be very unstable. Maybe they should bundle some thick double sided foam tape along with this?

That would be cool, but there would be no way of fitting it on the board. The Pentium N5000 has a package size of 25x24mm. AMD Raven Ridge mobile APUs have a package size around twice that. Then there's the lower bound cTDP at 12W vs. the 6W of the Pentium.

Again: this would be very, very cool, but ... not possible, at least not yet.
