SPEED-LINK Illuminated Dark Metal Keyboard

Weertzen, February 2007 - Anyone sitting at their PC late at night exploring the virtual world can enjoy the discreet lighting of the Illuminated Dark Metal Keyboard in all its glory. The keyboard background lights up blue and the characters and keyboard symbols are correspondingly coloured. Everything else is black like the night.

Black Metal - Blue Illumination

In addition to the blue light, the keyboard radiates pure elegance through a combination of a slim case of brushed aluminium and notebook-style flat keys.

The slim case of brushed aluminium lends the workplace an exclusive touch and makes an additional wrist rest unnecessary. The flat notebook-style keys have a particularly light and quiet action and, as with a notebook, are of compact arrangement. The fingers glide effortlessly over the keyboard.

Seven special keys allow direct access to Internet functions. The media player and volume can be controlled via a further eight special keys. In addition, the keyboard provides Wake, Sleep and Power functions. Activation of Num/Caps/Scroll Lock is indicated by blue LEDs. Installation is via USB.

The blue light can be switched off at the press of a button if needed.

For a recommended retail price of EUR 74.99, the Illuminated Dark Metal Keyboard is available from February 2007.

Nice, that keyboard is quite beautiful, like my old one made outa plastic, which i happened to spill beer on and ruin..Doh!

If i have enough money, it could be a potential buy, still a bit pricy tho

Edit: Im blind, thought that was £75, hehe, well price not too shabby then :)

Nice looking, waaay too expensive. I mean, KBs and Mice are getting to be ridiculously priced. They arent procs or gpus or anything like that. They need to make nice good quality ones like they have now, but for cheaper. The prices are getting outta hand.
