JONSBO Intros CR-1000 Plus Tower-type CPU Cooler

JONSBO today introduced the CR-1000 Plus premium CPU air cooler. It features a aluminium fin-stack tower-type design with push-pull ventilation. The heatsink design involves four 6 mm-thick copper heat pipes making direct contact with the CPU at the base, conveying heat to the aluminium fin-stack, which is then ventilated by a pair of 120 mm fans in push-pull arrangement. The fin-stack is capped off by a steel top-plate that has heatsink-like ridges, and an addressable RGB LED ornament.

The two included 120 mm fans each take in 4-pin PWM input for their primary function, spin between 700 to 1,500 RPM, with air-flow ranging between 26.1 to 57.35 CFM, and noise output proportionately ranging between 20.55 to 31.2 dBA. The fans feature addressable RGB LEDs in the fan impeller hub. Measuring 128 mm x 101 mm x 158 mm (LxWxH), the CR-1000 Plus weighs 745 g (including fans). The company didn't put out performance figures. Among the CPU socket types supported are LGA1200, LGA115x, and AM4. The company didn't reveal pricing.

After awhile, you start to realize that all these heatsink looks just like a replica of the Hyper 212, differentiated by decorations/ RGB on top, and fan. Even the Hyper 212 have not improved much since the first few gen.

So true, I have been repeatedly saying exactly this for years now & very few people seem to get it, but oh well :D

I had a 212 many moons ago and it was fine, I just grew tired of looking at that hunka metal hangin off my mobo, so I switched to a 560mm push/pull AIO and haven't looked back since
