Or you could buy a really good office chair which can be available as certified for 8hours+ usage and sit really well.

Of course some modells are even more expensive, but usually they have long warranty and dont wear out easily.

I have Icon TX and while I find it comfortable, NC should ditch the standard lumbar pillow cause it's unusable - way too thick.

Also don't know if it's common, but my chair started creaking when tilting the seat forward and backwards.

The armrests are pretty sturdy, however could be tad softer.

Yeh I go the Black Friday Edition from last year and a couple of times I leaned on the arm rest it bends outwards... I had to bend it back inwards...

noblechairs sent me a replacement part with sturdier armrest, it got better but still bends outwards when I put bit more weight to it. It's the upper body chair they replaced, the problem is the bottom of the chair holding the arm.

Unless You're a small kid, the hole will be around the height of Your shoulders, which shouldn't touch the chair's back at all.

OK so the part where you rest your shoulders has a large hole with hard plastic edges, for you to rest your shoulders on.
They lean all the way back for a reason. Don't really see why your defending the giant hole in the back of a computer chair. Serves zero purpose having any type of hole like that.

Looking at the photo on their website with the optional installed cushions, it appears the hole would provide ventilation to the back of the sitter's neck, more air circulation than what the textile covering can offer.

I may just be weird but I haven’t installed the arms on a chair in 20 years. I just don’t have any use for then and the possible interference with my desk and seating position I’ve “tested“ a few chairs over the years(bad back) actually the last one I tried and ended up selling I installed the arms for sales purpose and it actually nice padded “leather” arms. I almost wished I’d actually at least tried them….

Why do they lean all the way back? I've fallen asleep in mine multiple times leaned all the way back.
The hole cant be justified. Airflow on your neck is a ridiculous excuse too.
There's no good excuse for it. It's pure marketing and they've convinced your lizard brain it's alright and that it's functional.

I never had issues with the hole... the only time my head may touch it is when I lay it flat and lie on it, and I don't use that position because it's not even comfortable... I use it as a chair...

Otherwise, my head and my shoulders don't touch it at all, even if i lean on it. I'm like 5'10

Yeah, that is a bit of marketing BS. The hole in the back is purely aesthetics. Race seats have those, cause safety belts go though it - in gaming chairs it's just there to make it look like a racing seat.

As for leaning back - yes, I also fell asleep a few times while watching some tech content on YT. :P However it's very comfortable for playing platform/arcade games with a pad. :)
