Not just having a lucky straw here. actually takes knowledge, expertise and experience.
Now there is virtually no gains going from CPU in stock using anemic cooler versus using custom water cooling and spending not hours, but days (and of course, well over 1000 dollars) in chasing extra performance while still maintaining reliability. Why would then anyone be excited by overclocking using liquid nitrogen, and using short benchmarks (or not even that), not even be able to enjoy that performance?
Now we get CPUs that burn themselves at stock settings, and we're told stock is already an overclock too far, so we should disable EXPO...
