id expect to see cheaper priced products from this company for at least 6 months so id say that is a plus for the consumer at least until then.

It doesn't open for me too, but this might be due to some maintenance issues on their web.

Most of their cards say free game bundle, but not WHAT free game bundle, and no word on warranties either (my main distinction between brands recently, going by all the reference designs recently)

I though so looking at their 8800 & 2900 cards, but then saw this
Founded by PC and gaming enthusiasts, Vvikoo designs, develops, manufactures and distributes high-quality premium 3D video cards based on award-winning Nvidia and ATI technology
and their lower end radeons do look like a new design, they appear to have a gddr3 2600 pro thats tiny too, the nvidia lowend does all look like reference designs though, and the majority of coolers on them are zalmans

actually, palit does have the same card, the one on vvikoo's site looks like a photoshop of the 2600 pro 'sonic' on palits site (the twist on the fan wire is exactly the same)
also, why is it ive never seen palit motherboards anywhere yet? they have a p35 on their site

Actually they have the same specs for the GTX and the ULTRA..
Im beginning to understand why their site was down. Propably a company made from a few people to make a buck, nothing serious.

Bingo. Digitimes announced this on Friday:

"Palit to push new brand for high-end graphics cards in Europe
Original date: 2007/8/17
Translator: Joseph Tsai
Graphics card manufacturer Palit Microsystems plans to officially launch in Europe on September 1, a second brand called Vvikoo to target the high-end graphics card market, according to sources at graphics card makers."

It's actually a standalone company, but Palit makes all their cards for them, so there you have it. Nothing fancy at all, just another re-brander for now.
