This looks very interesting to me. At that res @ 22", it has to have a killer pixel pitch. Judging by the specs, it isn't a Tn-Film panel either. I wonder what the street price will end up being?
The panel type is an educated guess on my part, btw, so I could be wrong. Dithering will let a TN-Film panel achieve a 92% color gamut, but I've never seen a Tn-Film panel with viewing angles that high.
EIZO make a 22inch monitor called the "CG221" it's in their coloredge range of monitors, and has a 1920 by 1200 native resolution, 400:1 contrast ratio, 200 cd/m brightness, 170 agreed viewing angle, and can be bought in Austarlia for around $7500.00 dollars
Its pixel pitch is 0.249, response time is 30 milli-seconds
It's probably the best monitor for Photoshop, but not real great for video, and gaming.
Cheers, Dan
