This is a carbon copy of the LP DK X38-T2R, except with the P45 chipset and different cooling.
never used a DFI board, maybe ill make my next board a DFI?
90% of people's southbridges can run passive just fine.
I wouldnt waste my money on any modern DFI board, they seem so far behind in features and ability.
Intels southbridges even run without cooling ;) :
