No Necromancer Class in Blizzard's Diablo 3

The Necromancer was simply a victim of his own success, ... He was just too well crafted as a character. The absence of the Necromancer will be replaced by a new class called Witch Doctor, the Barbarian will also go through some changes and character improvements. That's all for today Diablo fans, more is coming when Blizzard decides its time.

As long there is a sorceress, I don't really care.
I second I hope they don't ruin pallys like they ended up in WoW : (
I think they are getting off better this time with ignoring the Warrior and going straight to the Barbarian. It was kinda hard to balance a Warrior vs Paladin when it should have been something like Knight vs Paladin as they are both considered "elite" warrior styles.
But as a side note:
Paladins from WoW come from Warcraft III
Paladins from Diablo III come from Diablo II
