ZOTAC Announces Power Efficient GeForce 9600 GT Eco

good upstart for a Mod card, I wonder with cooling that is sort of like what was found on the 9700 Radeon or even Intel Skulltrail, will the card stay cool enough to where it doesnt draw more power? As Temps rise the more power needed to run a component.
