It is part of the Pentium lineup, using the Ivy Bridge architecture with Socket 1356. Pentium 1405 V2 has 6 MB of L3 cache and operates at 1400 MHz. Intel is making the Pentium 1405 V2 on a 22 nm production node using 1,008 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on Pentium 1405 V2, which limits its overclocking potential.
