The AMD Opteron X2150 is a server/workstation processor with 4 cores, launched in May 2013. It is part of the Opteron lineup, using the X-Series architecture with Socket FT3. Opteron X2150 has 2 MB of L2 cache and operates at 1900 MHz. AMD is making the Opteron X2150 on a 28 nm production node, the transistor count is unknown. The multiplier is locked on Opteron X2150, which limits its overclocking potential.
