Is it normal for the GPU load to be all over the place?
For example, while playing Borderlands Pre Sequel, GPUz shows the load swinging wildly from 100% down to 40% back up the 70 and then down to 30, etc. Did this in BF4 too, with DX11, but was able to get little better fps by increasing the resolution scaling. I'm using 14.9 drivers.
