i'm running W10 with zero issues. no need for admin on steam, only had to lower one setting for 60FPS (shadows or AA, not enough juice for both)
My admin issue started when I upgraded to Win 10, and it's not just Fallout 4 but Fallout 3 and New Vegas as well. I'm pretty sure if I try out Skyrim it'd be the same. And it's weird because I'm the only admin.
I can run the game maxed out but only on 1080p and get 45-60 fps (my monitor's 60 fps max).
If I run it on 1440p everthing goes below 30 fps even if I lower the settings!

@Easy Rhino apparently you aren't given a home in this game (unlike Fallout 3 where you get Megaton or Tenpenny Tower) so they made the option that you can build your own house, which is nice. Presumably the storage there will be safe and won't reset. You'd also have access to a bed, build the pip-boy display etc etc... However crafting is not essential for the game, it can be ignored totally.

@BumbleBee switches and conduits have to be wired. I got mine wired on the bottom floor. But the bulbs I want to light are on the 4th and 5th floors... There's no way I could make a switch there which is connected to a pylon or generator unless I get my character to fly...
@Jborg how many storeys is your home? Have you got light in the top rooms?

Can someone help me with this problem please:
While looting Sanctuary I didn't scrap the intact furniture but saved it in my Workshop.
Now I built my house in Sanctuary, but I can't find my furniture in the workshop. I had a lot of sofas, tables, chairs etc.
I did find the smallish items like toasters, fans, salt shaker etc... it's just the large furniture which I can't find.
Am I missing out something?
