What parts? Thought about a dual loop with two pumps maybe?
I'd ditch all of the rads and go with one good 3 fan rad. Pump>CPU>Chipset>GPU>Radiator
I also wouldn't bother watercooling the chipset. They just don't get warm enough to condone water cooling them and the little blocks for them will just constrict the loop.
