I am about to pull trigger for PS4 since there are now 3 games I am wanting to play.
I am a guy who brought Wii U just to play Xenoblade Chronicles X, so 3 wanted games warrant the console purchase.
The only difference is enthusiasm.
I was dying to play Xenoblade Chronicles X. But I am not so hot on Final Fantasy 15, Star Ocean, and SAO Hollow Realization. I could go without playing those two but Xmas / New year sale adds free FF 15 to PS4 bundle which is 45 CAD savings for me in addition to a small sale to the bundle.
As some of you may know, PS4 has 2 versions. Slim and Pro. Pro has improved hardware for 4k but my screen is 21.5inch FHD. I have no plan to purchase 4K TV or monitor.
So, here comes the question.
For FHD, I suppose the difference between PS4 slim and pro is minimal? The price differnece is pretty big. It's 150ish CAD. Slim goes for 330 CAD. Pro goes for 500CAD.
I googled around and got conflicting results, so I am asking those who actually own PS4. I am leaning toward PS4 slim though.
