Don't get me wrong! I love the game!:)
Yeah sure I enjoy it!! It's just my cars are getting totaled when driving/hit something and I can die now.....
I just love playing SP mode with Blade's Trainer:D

Yeah the visuals and performance are great!!:rockout:

The craziest shit I can do before kicking the bucket is my go to for blowing off some steam. It does get kinda monotonous if you ride the train though, cause you can play for hours and run out of ammo and still walk away after destroying hundreds of helicopters, cop cars, and much else. Or calling for a taxi in the mountains, or choppering people to death on the beaches, or stickybombs everywhere and gasoline in a traffic jam you create, or jumping out of a plane at the last second before it crashes, or trying to get to places you shouldn't be able and watching the AI try to figure it out.

Yeah it's a game for creativity and freedom, kinda why I always liked the GTA series - GTA Online even adds to that.

Some people say that scripthook won't be updated anymore:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/script-hook-v

Don't know if it's true or not but:
Is there any GTA V Trainer on the internet that doesn't need an updated scripthook all the time after a GTA V update?

I haven't done it in quite some time but, one of my favorite things to do with the trainer was to increase my vehicle speed to ridiculous proportions while using a vehicle with great mass ,(like a bus) and just plowing through Highway traffic and watching cars bounce miles down the road like ping-pong balls :kookoo::)

Yeah I use a trainer as well, but no trainer will work without Blade's sctripthook update!! :(

Have found some cheatcodes like:
painkiller (invincible 5 minutes)
and Slowmo, which slows down time up to 4 times only.

I need a cheat so that my car will be invincible!!!:ohwell:
And one for seatbelts on all the time!!

I was recently screwing with the Grandtheft auto five settings just for fun to see if I can get it to run without it "jittering" on my Pentium G3258.... far as I can tell I think I got it to work on the latest updated build from two days ago or so... I played for about 15 minutes and it played smooth in the city w/ police chasing( minimal jitter) all settings dropped to lowest except for resolution. the only "jittering" came when a Heavy police presence was chasing me, with high pedestrian concentration.

A while ago I had jittering/ well it wasn't smooth as usual playing GTA V on my gaming laptop, I reinstalled the 350.xx GTA V driver, removed/added GTA V on RTSS (which I use to lock the fps at a stable 40fps) it ran only at 30fps all the time for some reason. Trimmed the SSD's, set the vsync half/on/off in the game and after that it was running smooth again at a stable 40fps.

Never had any performance problems with GTA V on my desktop, have v-sync on and it's mostly running at 60fps with 4xMSAA, with lots of explosions the fps can drop to 30~40s for a second, but thats all. Smooth overall, it's a well optimized game unlike GTA IV (don't know how it runs since the last update though, haven't played it after that).

well i can get High FPS, my gpu is a GTX970, with bios modded power limits, it yields 75+ FPS regularly, however, since much of the city, pedestrians, police, wildlife, and enviroment are managed by the CPU, a dual core is a death sentence for the games "smoothness", so you get the damn jitters, where it skips frames. this can be resolved with 4 threads, and only 2 physical cores, but atleast four threads is a minimum requirement, for "recommended " playability. I am too lazy to put my old Xeon back in my PC, so i wanted to see if i could remove the jitters, and tried dropping the settings as low as they would go, and viola! no more jitters , except the random few when shit gets REALLY heavy....but even those are very few. i remember trying this in the past, but i wouldnt help, now it does, the only change i could think of was a recent sizeable update that rolled out, maybe that helped....just thought id share that experience.

Another thing that I found interesting in regards to this issue was that resolution held no effect on the problem. Dropping from my standard 1200p down to 720 or less made no difference ,the jitters were constant @ all res.

i recorded this clip, and another (not linked) with population, & other effects cranked to the highest settings, and no real stutter... it looks like the recent update might have included a solution for NO dual core CPU love, this Video is with the settings to the lowest possible Mark. But there was no difference when I increased all slider bars to the max for population Etc

Try doing this through a tunnel, with the world mover dump truck, or the Bulldozer ;)

I think it does, it should have 2 default bound keys that allow you to speed up rapidly and stop instantly.

I don't know if it has "adding mass" to a car or something like that? Not that I know.

Or?

The default trainer included with Script Hook may not. That is a pretty simplistic one though. Theres are other more in depth trainers. (I believe the Menyoo trainer allows you to input a Mass for any vehicle you might be in) This way whenever a car touches you it would go flying out of viewing distance. lol

I haven't used it in quite a while since last year but it's the standard script hook trainer thing. Whatever one is common ,as a matter fact I am almost 100% that you and I have actually spoken about it in the past over a year ago ,in this thread. iirc, you were saying that you also like to do the same thing with the cars smashing the others @ high speed/ mass, i'm pretty certain it was you at least

It had the seatbelt option it had the high boost speed option, repair vehicle

People talking about script hook-v, which as I know is detected in online for almost 1 year, maybe less.

While I'm sitting here and enjoying online with 3 accouns on which all have 130 - 271 lvl, over 600m in bank account and everythijg unlocked, haha. :p

The above trainer is probably the most in depth trainer there is, from map building to custom car creation. I don't personally use it.

https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav

This is a more simple trainer which I use. (Don't think it has an input for mass though

If your looking for more in depth options to toy around with I would give Menyoo a shot. There are probably some other good ones too if you look

Its not a cheat lol. We play single player only if using ScriptHook. It only allows us to access the files WE purchased so we can edit them to our liking... in SP

I'm having a blast with this!

Anyways, when there's a lot of particles flying around I got some slight fps drops, turned down particles to high and post FX to high (instead of ultra), Post FX probably most effective,
I could leave the MSAA at 4x, since it didn't make much of a noticable difference 2xMSAA or 4x, the fps staying at 60 v-sync now with everything flying around and explosions.:rockout:

People talking about script hook-v, which as I know is detected in online for almost 1 year, maybe less.

While I'm sitting here and enjoying online with 3 accouns on which all have 130 - 271 lvl, over 600m in bank account and everythijg unlocked, haha. :p

MP is for scrubs, hackers, & teenagers.sp ftw

Id hope everyone would be high levels with loaded banks.... the games been out for years.

Not to mention originally when this game came out on PC many SP scripts were used as essentially cheats and allowed people to spawn millions of dollars of in-game currency in Online. Would agree with Jboyd completely lol.

Everytime I try to deal with Online GTA, I end up lagging horribly, getting cheated or getting disconnected unfortunately.

I don't agree, Online is what you make it to and you don't have to play with stupid people if you don't want to. Though I agree in part, that a lot of scrubs etc. are part of GTA-O.

I respect your opinion. It's just not for me. I'm certainly not saying everyone who plays multiplayer is terrible, just making that clear because a lot of times or all the time sarcasm doesn't come across in text ;)
