Problem was I paid 90.Yes, the rep made a mistake. Something went wrong, and they could have handled it better.
Same could be said for how you handled the situation.
That said…
The refund policy is clear.
You had plenty of time, and two years is way past anything reasonable.
You got twelve hours out of it. Which at 5$/hour means you got 60$ worth of entertainment out of it.
THATS what got me too.Wow, that's really crappy of them. I'd understand a straight up no, but to agree to refund and then back out isn't fair.
