You can try to crossflash to a similar-designed motherboard. It's risky, but sometimes completely worth it.

Are you using the cooler in your system spec?I got a new cooler with reapplied thermal paste when i bought the i3 2100 and the motherboard.
Benchmark Scores | Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :) |

Sorry, but it is plenty sufficient for stock operations... and even some overclocking (the intel stock cooler.. even the aluminum one). Are you using the cooler in your system spec?
That cooler looks a Intel's stock cooler. It is not sufficient. Get 92mm a Tower cooler.

Stock cooler is sufficient when your ambient temperature is low.Sorry, but it is plenty sufficient for stock operations... and even some overclocking (the intel stock cooler.. even the aluminum one).
The OP already mentioned that his temps during stress testing peaks at 75C which is WELL under the 90C we typically state to state to stay under. He's fine.

Stock cooler is sufficient for any 'normal' ambient temp. Come on now.Stock cooler is sufficient when your ambient temperature is low.

Well , i tried Throttlestop which didn't give me the option to control the voltage , and you said it i don't have the skill to mod.95W TDP cooler + 65W CPU = more than enough cooler
He doesn't want to by a new cooler since he just bought the one he's using now. It's also a bit of an insult to his intelligence to even suggest that he buy another one. No duh a better cooler will cool his CPU better. I'm sure he's aware of that. He could also buy another motherboard that would allow him to undervolt the CPU. Also no duh. I'm sure he's aware of that too. He's looking for free ways to get lower temps with what he's already got...OBVIOUSLY! But since he refuses to use TS to lower the core voltage...and no doubt lacks the skills to hard volt mod his motherboard...we can't help him any further. Thread needs closed.
My old Core 2 duo E7600 was cooled by intel stock cooler with 2 broken pins , it was running at something like 3.7GHz , 1.41V , and it never passed 73C.I've overclocked several chips on that cooler.

Just a little side note on SandyBridge, in case you encounter real overheating problem in the future (I'm talking 50c idle, 100 load).Just close the thread i'm fine.
