Hi... I tried unlocking my Asus ROG Strix RX4560 4G EVO Gaming by modifying the hex values but nothing happened. And yes, i did use the atikmdag patcher. Can someone tell me what i did wrong or help me out?

I have the same model RX560 4gb and after flashing the shaders are unlocked and card is working after the patching but it shows as a rx550 ?

if the name bothers you the best way to fix it is to ddu the drivers, restart, go into device manager, and manually select the rx560 drivers.

-open device manager

-right click "basic display device" and select "update driver"

-click "browse my computer for driver software"

-click "let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer"

-click "have disk"

-select "browse"

go to the folder with the drivers in it , mine looks like C:\AMD\Win10-64Bit-Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2019-Edition-19.7.5-July31\Packages\Drivers\Display\WT6A_INF
yours may be differnet depending on where you extracted the drivers and how its named. select any .inf file in the folder. press ok.

-uncheck "show compatible hardware"

-select "Radeon RX 560"

-let drivers install.

-after drivers have installed patch them and restart.

Hello guys, 1 sorry for the bad english im still learning the lenguage. 2 I bougth recently a Sentey RX 560 and some things doesent match like u pictures but.. is ok ... i try to using the aGeoM way to unlock... and brick the card... noobie mistake i guess, but dont worrie i manage out to fix her and now works (locked, but works), can u help me? i want to unlock the shaders but i dont know how... with aGeoM method again? like eidairaman1 says?. Final_Fighter i post my bios files can u modify properly plis. And i read u help guys ... tvm a lot to all.. (asus prime a320m-K AMD-a10 9700 with R7 graphics APU ... the card has 6 pin connector 1 fan and just 1 hdmi out, no dvi or displayport)

Btw the method who works to un-brick the card was delete all drivers with DDU (windows in safe mode), place the card in the PCI-E slot , start windows and shorcut 1 and 5 pin on card bios , then reflash with atiwinflash., DOS method doesnt work for me, gimme the error 0fl01, Atiflash -i fail... adapter not found , and cant rewrite the bios from DOS ( even atiflash unlockrom x doesnt work)

The card has 6 pin connector 1 fan, and just 1 hdmi out, no dvi or displayport ... in CPU-Z say board manufactured by HIS (hightech information system ltd)... but i see the his webpage and they have another model of the same card.... http://www.hisdigital.com/us/product1-156.shtml . Thanks for the info guys, finally my 6870 give up, buying a cheap new $75 chinese 4GB RX560 to test my luck, will be shipped in approx 7 working days.
so far known info are: baffin (1200MHz), 896 shadders, micron 4096MB (1750MHz), dual fan + 6pin
well most likely it wont work, but just give it a shot, will update
