Perhaps you should take your own advice and do some research, the info you are giving is WRONG!
But you haven't given any "right" info since he wasn't able to fix the card.
No! I think am not wrong. If you are sure I'm wrong, write why you think that. A GTX 670 is not unlock-able to GTX 680. It is impossible to unlock the shaders.

Of couse , he don't know about saying!!!

Im not crazy or insane I know what's My gpu card GTX 670 EVga 2 Gigabytes VRAM
Does your "670" have 1536 CUDA Cores and 128 TMUs? If yes, then it is a gtx 680. I don't think GPU-z is such lame software to just read a number of Shaders a Bios reports... I could be wrong on that, but then you guys (gpu-z creators) must explain it please.

1.) How much CUDA cores and TMUs does his card actually have?
2.) Does GPU-z really only read that spec from BIOS!? - That would mean it reports a FALSE number of CUDA cores that are not there and are IMPOSSIBLE to UNLOCK.

Hi,

The problem began when I put out my EVga GTX 670 ti change the Thermal paste , and later the VGA no signal of vídeo and recongnized like a grx 680!
That was your first post. The title of your thread is "GTX 670 is recognized for My PC as GTX 680".
From what I understand is that your card suddenly became a 680 after changing the thermal paste. Who changed the paste, you, someone else? Now in later replies you are trying to say YOU caused it to turn into a 680? Either you are lying about some parts of your story, or your English is indiscernible.

Where and when did you even "get" that card in Venezuela?

Then I think it is possible you damaged something on the card... but it is unlikely that it would behave in such a unusual manner if it were damaged. If that was the case you would see strange colors on your screen or no picture at all. This is indeed unusual...

Were you ever installing other BIOS versions to the card?

Did you use GPU-z before?

I mean before the problems?

Before the problem the card works fine , and play vídeo games like Crysis 3 and no problems.

During the problem the card video image but in low resolution, i don't see any fail on screen just the low resolution

So basically how I understand you is: your card id was 10DE 1180 when the problem started? Correct? The card was recognized as gtx 680 before you changed bios or after?

This the first time I see a card change ID on its own after thermal paste change...

Can you revert your card to the default state it was after thermal paste change?

Look at this please. Your BIOS version number is on the back of your card. Lets assume it's original.
I found the identical BIOS! You should try to install this BIOS because it is identical to yours.

Reading another post , the problem is the resistors , the resistors give the pci ID , for any reason change the values at GTX 680 when is a gtx 670

I don't speculate. How many shaders did you see in gpu-z before the problems?

Hey - I checked your the BIOS you attached (tarjeta_problem.rar) - first I opened it with the Kepler_BIOS_editor and it already says it's for _1189_ board that is for GTX 670. The BIOS is good (for GTX 670).
So you should really try updating your BIOS from Hiren's BOOT CD (XP version) and use the 32-bit changed nv_flash v5265 so you can override the current corrupted card's BIOS with this one (GK104.rom).
I hope you succeed.

P.S.: Even better would be to measure the broken resistor's non-broken brother on your other GTX 670 and then solder on a resistor with similar resistance.

I'm sorry I misinterpreted :blush. Here is your changed ID. But I would first solder on the right resistance resistor before trying to flash anything...
