Oh my... It appears that you've never soldered anything. Do you have a friend with a soldering iron and some experience in that work? You should really replace damaged resistor on the card with a similar value one and it just might work without flashing anything because I can see from the picture that there is a damaged component on your card.
Just measure its value/resistance on the other GTX 670 you have and then you'll know what kind to put on this one.

I'm sorry I misinterpreted :blush. Here is your changed ID. But I would first solder on the right resistance resistor before trying to flash anything...

Well to me it looks like the right element (probably resistor) under the sign Q504 is damaged. But I cannot look at the card first person, so just flash it and see what happens.
Have a PCI graphics card ready though so you can flash it again if it doesn't show picture after this flash. Proceed at your own risk.

Resistor u504 is one of the ones that deals with board ID so if that was accidentally chipped off while you were changing the thermal paste then that's very likely what caused the problem.

Where is that resistor? Back or front card? Thanks in Advanced

I checked but gtx 670 don't use chip on u504

Where is missing? At right side to the screw, I checked just 7 resistors in this case .
I count 12 in the pic I linked, yours has less.

It is impossible to unlock the shaders.

The shaders aren't unlocked, and that's why his drivers won't load.

GPU-Z just asks the bios for the shader count. He installed a 680 bios... do the math.

Well, as you can see there are some resistors missing in that area, u probably knocked some of them off while changing the thermal compound...
- As i saw in one of the earlier posts, u were using some patched version of NVflash , try to use the original one, also use the --protectoff arg.
- It may also be that the card has a gpu or vram related problem (very common in cards of that age, GTX 670 is already 8 years old), so put it for a couple of minutes in a baking oven (PCB only, google for further instructions to do it properly)
- Use Windows 7 (it is still better than Win10)

...If nothing works well u know what to do in that case.

Any suggestion to fix it without those resistors?

try to force flash it under DOS, also try the original NVflash (in Windows)
https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-nvflash-with-certificate-checks-bypassed/ try this
https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-nvflash/ and this

use --protectoff argument

also bake the card in an oven, i had received a gtx 680 years ago, had error -43, just baked it and it worked (for a couple of months lol)

This card have 43 error too! I have a gas oven but don't have exactly the grades centigrades , just I know 220 centigrades but this oven have 1 2 3 4 5 and I have an heat gun too

try to force flash it under DOS, also try the original NVflash (in Windows)

I supposed NVFlash work in win 10 cause I flashed a ROM 1180 GTX 680 it was flashed but it doesnt work , the error is the same in devices manager

Hi my friend! can you change the subsystem id?

Thanks in advanced again!!!

Here is link to Hiren's Boot CD (XP) pre-boot evironment v15.2. I flash all my Geforces this way. Use the nvflash (32-bit) that I attached - used to be on techpowerup's site...v52-65.
Anyhow - you'll have access to your disk, but without the clutter that prevents you to flash with nvflash unless there's something wrong with the card.
Otherwise just get data on missing components on your card and solder them on again or have some one solder them...

See this picture Thanks!

Look at the picture , but the PC is freezing ! Of course because it's a gtx 670 no 680

I think that Using the soic8 programmer maybe the gpu card works fine

In Hiren's CD you should start "miniXP" and out of them you can access your disk via windows explorer and run nvflash using command prompt. Nvflash and BIOS have to be in the same directory/folder.
Here is the 2682 ID BIOS.

LOL!
Oh my - what a franken-BIOS we ended up with.
I probably can change it but - is it going to work and work reliably - that is a whole another can of shaderliciousness... Let me see...
Again - flash it at your own risk - if you brick it, I won't be at fault. I see red flags all over the place. :)

I would first try and replace all the missing/damaged components on the card. Just search on Google -> Images, there has to be a high resolution image of the card.
I'm curious if the card is actually unlocked to all 1536 shaders.
