You can safely run those if they are actually B-die at 1.5-1.55v without worrying, 1.35/1.4-1.45v is not even breaking a sweat for B-die, what are your current timings at 3800? What's your SOC voltage at also?

It's possibly a bad bin Micron rev B, this is NOT Samsung B-die.

560, 540 unlikely to work. If 600 fails try 650. Make RCDWR 21 aswell. I would also try RCDs and RP at 20, but that may be hard.

My bad, Sammy B-dies, can't speak for Micron, disregard if you have Micron B-die, no experience with that though SS B die RAM is the cream of the crop when it comes to DDR4

you can safely go up to 1.15v SOC and it may well give you that extra bit of stability

I have micron that are a bit special, hence my timings. I've ran TestMem5 and no errors and its all good. Thank you for helping though. Going to try 7zip and see what that is saying.

Your CDWR should also be 21 not sure why it is at 22.

RRDS/RRDL 8/6 that should be the other way 6/8
You can also try lowering both your *SCL to 4 instead of 5.

Make sure you have your current profile saved before doing any changes.

@Taraquin is that tRAS no too low should it not be 56-58?

Switch RRDS and L. RDDS 6, RRDL 8. Try 600 RFC. Next I would try WR 20, RTP 10, if that works WR 16, RTP 8.

Excellent, next you can try RFC 560, WRTS 4, WTRL 12. After that you can fine tune some timings, but most of the gains are realised.

Memory voltage is at 1.450V
