20-30 seconds was my boot time on HDD back on sata 3. 6-7 seconds was my boot time on I5 3470 on Plextor M5 Pro. Nowadays it's 12 seconds clean boot when changing anything in BIOS, and around 9 seconds of regular. That's with OS on PCI-E Gen 3 NVMe.I'd go mad at anything over 20-30 seconds these days, kinda funny given we had at least 2-20x longer boot times on HDD's in the past
Granted, when X570 launched a 15-18 second boot time was the norm, even with NVMe.
