I'm also playing it for the first time. I've started Deep Secrets of the Earth. In my case, the Vega 64 struggles with it at 1440p. I had to change most settings to High to enable 60 fps at 1440p at 75% power.

Finished Callisto, the game was better than i'd been led to believe, tho not by much. Took 2 days (~12h) encountered 2 game breaking bugs and forced to me to find somebody elses saves to "cut" my way past the problem.

That seems about right as I needed to hang at about the Favor Quality (High) settings with my 1080 (at 75% power, too) and 5600XT to keep things above 60 fps at 1440p.

With Freesync, 60 fps with occasional dips below 60 is very playable. Did you try playing it on your 6800 XT?

Oh yes, I just cap it to 100fps and the GPU is just loafing at Ultra settings. This is the first GPU I've owned where been able to do that on every game. I did benchmark it but I'm on a different machine now so don't have that fps number.

Edit: 152 fps OC @2650MHz (278W max), 144 fps @2350MHz, 1.0V (203W max). I love me a good UV!

The only time I dip below that is when turning on RT (in Control, CP2077) but while you notice the nice shininess for about 30 seconds to a minute, you then return to playing the game and the RT fades into the background, with the exception of noticeable lower fps of course. I turn RT back off when I remember to and lock at 100fps again.

And for fun I also played it on a GTX 745 4GB using the FSR2.1 mod and at 720p Performance lowest settings it's almost playable at 31 fps but with those settings you're just playing a colorful Play Dough game. Nevertheless I like HZD so much I tortured my eyes for 30 minutes anyway.

I hope I dont upset people with this but hogwarts legacy was an absolute CHORE.

Ubisoft inspired game, the first 30 minutes are cool but then it goes downhill, feels like a game made for literal children.

So bummed out, love HP..

Yep that works well, I do keep missing the elements I had already grown used to now lol. But I can def do without, and it is better!

Yesterday was my Birthday. I spent the day reinstalling some Epic Games and came across this in my Steam Library. Wow what a scenario. Don't get me wrong I got this Game with some Humble Choice and never played it. Well today I played this and it is actually quite a fun RPG with some FPS elements but I can see where some of the powers on display in Control come from.

Age of Wonders 4 is apparently the top selling Game across all Gaming Platforms. Here is a PSA tip for anyone enjoying that Game. Divinity and Divinity 2 are the same Genre and also Fantasy. I have never been a fan of 4x but the way Paradox does it is cool.
