Yep, it's Micron. 36-44-44-96 at 1.4 V. Not the best, but as long as I don't care, it should be fine.

I've just installed it. The board hung up on first boot (probably got into "hey, something's fishy" mode), but everything's fine after a restart. Enabling EXPO was the same flick of a switch with the same 1.2 VSOC.

No more water cooling. I ditched the AIO for a Dark Rock 4 which was my best choice ever since I built this PC.

I mean the motherboard probably didn't know what to do with the new RAM at first (I didn't do a CMOS reset), that's why it needed a restart to act accordingly. Probably wanted to set the old timings or something.

Edit: Fishy... populated... I get it. That might explain why it was less effective than a cheap low-profile air cooler. :laugh:

Being a PC builder as hobby for many years, when it came to MEMORY i always had seen 8/16/32/64 and 128 kits, but id noticed 48 gigs kits being on the market in a lot of stores, what an odd number !!

Having 6 or 12 GB VRAM looks odd enough to me anyway.

Right now i got my 620mm X Flow radiator and some plugs etc für my coolung system. A few ago i got my distro plate with some small parts also. Now I'm waiting to get the rest. In meantime i will think about how to integrate my Distro Plate, construct that parts in a 3D CAD and print it with the also delivered resin. Mount everything together and set in the blank board with a EKWB CPU Cooler on top.

2 temp sensors and 2 off-set adapters for my water cooling loop. Not sure if I'm going to use both temp sensors. Also not sure about the bitspower adapters as I'm still waiting for the alphacool version. Then I can test which one look and perform better (aka has less restriction).

It plays just as nice as XMP on Intel - except for the SoC voltage, which is advised to lower manually when running EXPO anyway.
