i use google traslate it can be faults.

Hello brothers. I collected a new system and I am facing such a problem. Is there a solution to this? Let me answer some questions you may have already asked:
All games are on SSD except RDR2.
Scanned with CrystalDiskInfo. Health level is good.
I put the processor to the test and it is faultless.

System features:
MSI B660-P motherboard.
Kingston Fury Beast 8GB 2X 3400MHz.
MSI Ventus 3X RTX 3070.
Intel i7 12700K.
MSI Spatium M450 500GB SSD.
WD 1TB HDD.
Cooler Master 750W PSU

What resolution do you play at? 1080p 1440p 4K? My guess is the vram but not entirely sure. The gameplay looks smooth cept there is some textures popping in and out

How full is the SSD (these new games take up a lot of space)? System is slower with a near full disk, at least 30% is good to be free.
One reason could also be fragmentation, remote, but possible.

I'd also ask a couple of questions:
1. Are you using the latest GPU drivers?
2. Are you using any frame-gen tech like DLSS / FSR?
3. Are you experiencing any extreme FPS drops? Where the FPS drops to 4-10fps in certain scenes?

8GB VRAM should be more than sufficient for 99% of titles at 1080p texture wise. Given how 'smooth' it appears to be running, it doesn't appear to be a VRAM issue.

Are your games are installed on the SSD as well or are they on that 1TB mechanical drive (it sounds like the latter)?

I'd suggest leaving those Nvidia Control Panel settings to 'Auto' for everything as it'll let the game then decide based on in-game settings what it should be set to, as opposed to 'forcing' it via the control panel.

Yep, I don't generally use 'auto everything' either but in terms of troubleshooting, can be very worthwhile incase specific settings have caused the issue. Using a 6800xt and 6600xt on my two PC builds, either I'm spoilt with the Radeon Software... but this Nvidia control panel appears almost identical to when I had a 1660TI...

Have you tried those same games with the graphics settings set to MEDIUM to then see if it still has this rendering problem? None of those games at 1080p max settings should use all of your VRAM, so it's a little strange.

If at Medium there isn't any issue, then it may be a VRAM issue but I"m skeptical of that being the case.

I dont think so because its uses 5700mb vram.

In "Global Settings" profile click "Restore" button (to factory defaults) and test with nv-defaults if it's any better. Do you use the latest driver?

I can't really tell what's wrong in the first video but in the second and third those are not texture loading issues.

It's just LOD, the game using different geometries according to distance from player. It's 100% up to the game and unrelated to drivers/hardware.

Are you sure about that?

"Global Ayarlar" profilinde "Geri Yükle" düğmesini tıklayın (fabrika varsayılanlarına) ve daha iyi olup olmadığını nv-defaults ile test edin. En son sürücüyü kullanıyor musunuz?
Yes i use. İ tried but norhing changed

Pretty sure about it, you're gonna be able to see the same sort of thing in any game if you pay very close attention to it.

Try turning "Triple Buffering" on. Also, try turning "Antialiasing - FXAA" off. Could be because "Negative LOD bias" is allowed?
I think you can get some progress by changing some settings.
Trial and error.

I now in your added videos ,as vya domus said, that is LOD in action, lower detail in the distance as is naturally occurring with our eyesight.
Leave factory settings in the nvidia control panel and turn ON anti-aliasing to 4x in-game and also some sort of transparency AA if there's an option and anisotropic filtering to 16x and you'll be good.
Alternative is always setting these same 3 in nv-control-panel, but it's mostly for older games (DX5-11) Aniso 16x, AA 4x TSS 4x.

I have new video from Rdr2:
...
It looks normal to me, switching from lower to higher LOD as you approach that bush. It's been so from the beginning of 3D game engines, but has been solved in Unreal engine 5.x with nanite where LOD transitions are no longer visible.
