Strange that no one mentioned it yet, your problem is the well known AMD

Intermittent System Stutter BUG.

Solution is update bios with AMD Agesa firmware 1.2.0.A or disable the fTPM in the bios.

I had the exact same problem with my Brand new Logitech MX3 mouse, extreme lagging. I had the mouse 3 time's send back to Amazon. After latest BIOS update problem disappeared.
No lagging anymore in games or mouse, and i thought the whole time that it was the mouse that did not work good... I was so angry on Logitech...:banghead:

Best solution is to update your BIOS, with fTPM disabled you will have issues with Windows 11.

What it says on the website where you downloaded the bios? Should have a description what is changed like my example above.

In my case it is an ASUS motherboard.

Yes you are right
As i said i already tried it without the fans plugged and the lag was still there.
Can t wait to get the mb to do the test you told me to
I have a question if i had win10 should i stick with it and test it with win10 or just install 11 as you said
10 or 11 is fine as long as you use an up to date ISO file - you can get 10 from UUDUMP as well.

I greatly prefer 11 since it has better HAGS and MPO support, so stutter issues are less likely. It's the OS current software and drivers are made for so it tends to have less problems.

I had the latest bios but with downloading from website and installed it using a stick usb not with amd agesa
I think you've mixed your terms up there.

You can use

bios flashback and flash with the PC off, and even missing most of the hardware
flash within the BIOS itself
flash in windows

Any method except windows is good, but bios flashback can confuse people thinking it worked when it didnt - you can use CPU-Z to verify that. Please never say "latest" and actually post the file used as for all you know, they released a new one 15 seconds after you closed the page or an update is available in another region that's far newer.

I still haven't got him to tell me which motherboard he had, since there was 7 revisions of the board he posted - cant give BIOS advice without knowing the board

Thank you. I know you're frustrated on that end too, I'm being sassier than I should be out of frustration in the real world.

UUP'd big helper is that the updates are preinstalled, 10 and 11 can update the smaller stuff but skip the bigger updates for some people - you could be on the original build of 10, check updates and have security and driver updates but never get the major ones because of a conflict you're unaware of or a single changed setting that broke the updates. It can be really weird.

These UUP isos can be used as a repair tool too or a forced updater too, you can update from within an existing windows install from them by running the setup.exe

asetek make a very very large percentage of AIO's out there, companies just get to swap the decorations on the pump and the fans used to their branding.

i had “intense” mouse stutter when i bought a new motherboard (5800x, gigabyte aorus elite) using a 7900xtx. i fixed it by updating the BIOS, reinstalling win 10… i wanted to use a NVME instead of a sata ssd, so had to do it anyway …
made sure my win10 install (clean) was using the uefi BIOS. and installing all updates (but NOT that preview update…) and the AMD drivers…

i do not know if the bios caused it, if it was running on CSM/legacy, instead of UEFI.

so install win 10 again (on a spare ssd) …(to check if it is the OS install) (make the win10 usb stick from the microsoft site)

(make sure your motherboard is on UEFI boot) …the key is tied to the motherboard, so just select i don’t have a key, and select new install, Win10… and the graphics drivers…. and window 10 updates.

… i guess my problem was fixed by the updated BIOS.
(edit: perhaps i overstated the problem. my problem was, instead of a trail of equally spaced mouse pointers, it would be a broken trail of pointers, and a jumpy pointer. the distance travelled was the same but it was not smooth.
i did notice the the bios navigation was really slow.
i had to use the bios update button on the motherboard (gigabyte x570 aorus elite) because when i was updating in the bios, (in the bios) the computer black screened on me during the update… and i could not boot, only black screen. (thought i had a dead motherboard) but the gigabyte motherboard button flash Rescued me…

Gigabyte do have a bug with UEFI booting causing severe mouse lag in the BIOS, but not in windows

You should always update the BIOS unless its got a warning it's not for your particular CPU, which was rare and limited to thinks like the early AM4 athlons

Bug fixes and improvements to things like memory compatibility are always worth it

What ISO image did you try loading from rufus?

53c CPU at 78W seems about right for those, cold running CPUs - EDC is at 90A
core clocks and effective clocks matching at 3.95GHz, which is good for that CPU at stock limits
Strix B550, didnt we look up a B450? (Too many of these threads, might be mixing them up)
Same problem with the GPU being far higher hotspot temps than it should be

The BIOS should not result in any changes like that
What version did you go back to? I'll see if theres anything that could explain what happened

You've narrowed it down slightly, but we need to find what changed or you'll have it come back later

Not a lot of changes between these versions

2803 had the stutter fix for fTPM, so it makes sense that one runs fine

2806 doesnt state what agesa version it used

3002 changed to 1.2.0.8 which included new security fixes, then 1.2.0.A fixed the EDC bug in the BIOS

You havent been changing PBO settings or anything off the defaults have you, with these BIOS flashes?
Raising PBO settings too far on some BIOSes would lower the limits and not raise then (90A on your CPU, 140A on the higher wattage ones)
Nothing else should change between these versions as they've all got the same defaults with settings like secureboot, fTPM, UEFI booting, and so on.

You've had this on multiple motherboards so any settings you change off defaults are important to know

I asked for a lot of information on the previous page that hasn't been provided, we've hit a dead end without getting more information from you. I have to hunt between multiple posts to even figure out what hardware you're currently running since it's all scattered.

On the setups that worked, wheres Hwinfo or zentimings? Wheres the information to compare, to find the problem?

No i haven t made any changes i m on default and xmp enabled and that s it
I don t to any setting in bios i just let them by default

So i'm back with the csgo test... it didn't need 30 mins i mean i played mm on nuke and i had fps drops too many stuttering VERY BIG MOUSE LAG it was feeling like i got 100fps
On desktop smooth in csgo menu smooth but this time on dm on nuke map ... ok now everything it's all set and new except gpu which i know it s old and i need to change it ... after i do that if the lag it's still there i will kill myself...
I will post another photo and test mouse lag in a mm match and i will be right back

sorry i forgot to tell you this test it's on a box and not in a case... i sold my pc case and bought a new one that s looking like lian li.
i will comeback with all the csgo results tomorrow when it arrives to make sure of everything

Uhh... yes it needs to be in a case, as you're possibly shorting things out.
That's how the system grounds itself.

ok si o i got my new pc case the hub it's only connected to psu and the fans are at 100% all the time i don't have any other connection to pc case or motherboard to adjust them at lower speeds...
I detected another problem beside gpu...it was my 5v rgb fan strip connected to the mobo which caused mouse lag i booted the pc up without it and that's how i found out.. and i removed it after that.
It's moving almost good now but in again on dm i get stutter fps drop very very low fps from 500-600 to 280-300 and it keeps like that
I will post also a photo with hwinfo when i play matchmaking and photo with the pc and case link - https://www.1stplayer.com/productdetails/id/207.html so you can see how they are set up and connected.
The fan hub isn't connected to the mobo with 4 pin because i don't have any... i will post a photo with it tomorrow so you can see what im talking about.
Also it's driving me nuts that they are at 100% all time because of the sound and power drawn also for nothing

this is csgo mm

Again got lag on desktop and csgo also after removing the led strip i think it s the gpu... what can you say bro? Should i test or do anything else?

This is the hub controller the black 6 pin cable goes to sata port and the white ones are the fans the other one is for motherboard but i don t need it and idk what or how to connect it to motherboard to control fan speed or if it s missing a cable
