Depends. I'd rather not buy a Phoenix if its TDP is above 150 W. One cheeky fan is not enough. UV is mandatory.
Ah, good point though. But as GT 1030 is a 30W card, it was fine.

But as a cheap model lineup, they are okay.

The Phoenix cards are okay. I had a GT 1030 in my old HTPC from that series and it was fine.
The 1030 is a different breed altogether. I've got a low-profile passive one in my bedroom HTPC, and it rarely exceeds 70 °C under load on a hot summer day. :)

I wish midrange cards didn't exceed 150 W, either. :(

My 6700 XT doesn't go ham on watts. Clocked to 2350 MHz, it loses ~4 percent speed but keeps at 47–135 W area depending on a game (47 W is Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 at 4K Max, 135 W is Cyberpunk 2077 at 4K Low [ @Kissamies stated these cards are OK for 4K but it barely renders 30 FPS at 4K High in Cyberpunk]).

Wow, that just shows how balls-to-the-walls AMD went with the 50 XT refresh! My GPU only power at default, in an unconstrained situation is 200 W. Luckily, a 60 FPS cap puts things in order (we'll see for how long).

Same here if I go nutterclocking. Cooler can handle 300 W but my card goes PMS at ~2750 MHz so I can't really use my cooler for anything else than just keeping the card colder than my heart whilst running at ~stock speeds.

UPD: the absolute max was 223 W. Temperatures were ~73C on die, 99C hotspot.

That's really good! My card is already at its limits at stock with 85-ish °C die, 105 hotspot. On a positive note, I wasn't expecting much else from an AMD reference card. At least it looks cool, I guess. :D

https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/...700-xt-6750-xt-users-club.303515/post-4973359 this is my disasterpiece cooler. Temps then were higher than I state now because thermal paste was way worse than now. Probably the worst paste on market. Ran into a 5 million dollar teeth issue so have no penny for "unghettoing" my device.

Ah, so that's why! I was starting to think that the XFX cooler was so much better than the AMD reference. :D

Nice work, by the way. :)

Binning lottary is the thing there. I will just suggest you what worked well for my Sapphire Pulse RX6750XT and you can test and find a better one if possible.
2GHz@1V results in 0,825V max and 95W max power draw in driver metrics (79-80% of stock 2,7GHz@210W performance) and 2.3GHz@1,15V results in 0,9V and 130W (88-90% of stock 2,7GHz@210W performance).

Some improvement after changing the cooler. My previous best was 11100 pts

And yeah, my CPU ran quite hot. Having a stock cooler for few days as I'm waiting for my friend to ship a new pump so I can put the CPU under water.

Oh yeah totally agree at full speed or pretty much above 65% fan speed it gets pretty loud. Thank god for headsets.

anyone here have a ASUS ROG Strix 6750xt with good underclock settings?
Hi, I have the 6750XT Dual it scores 25,500 in passmark 11 with a 7900 non X version and 56,000 at PBO at minus 46 yeah I was in silicone heaven no value in under volting this card as even at stock overclock never goes above 63 degrees no matter what you make the card do.

Max CPU system draw 168w, max GPU power draw is circa 238w but most of the time circa180w

These components are on an Asus B650E-E motherboard that never goes above 29* for the MOSFET
CPU set at level 1 PBO and hits the 90* limit

Aberdeen.

What is your score on 1080p?with no overclocking?
That's what I get at 1080p no overclock on the card. I did these benchmarks when I first got the card. XFX Speedster Merc 319 RX 6750 XT BLACK is my card if that helps in comparison.

İ guess the difference between your score and mine is caused by my CPU and ram.Im relieved my GPU is okay though.Have you done any other benchmarks ?Can you share those results if it's not a bother please.I got 3dmark demo downloaded right now along with heaven and furmark. My card is the Asus dual model of Rx 6750xt.Yours is a better model i think

At stock settings, it's normal. I get roughly the same.
Have you done any other benchmarks?Such as Furmark,3dmark or Heaven benchmark?

I did 3DMark Time Spy, and my score roughly aligns with others' cards at stock settings. Furmark is a huge no-no on my list. It's not only an excessive power virus, but can also damage your card in some rare cases.

Have you done any other benchmarks?Such as Furmark,3dmark or Heaven benchmark?
In my system specs it shows my benchmark scores. What CPU and ram are you running? Also make sure your resize bar is on and above 4g coding is enabled it makes a difference. Mine does have a slight faster factory stocked overclocked. Each manufacture and model is slightly different in factory settings and setup. But that don't matter the 6750XT is a beast. A little tweaking and yours will be faster. If you look at the TPU GPU database on the 6750XT https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/radeon-rx-6750-xt.c3879 . Some are the same some are different in each model.

I did 3DMark Time Spy, and my score roughly aligns with others' cards at stock settings. Furmark is a huge no-no on my list. It's not only an excessive power virus, but can also damage your card in some rare cases.
Do you use a custom fan curve? My stock curve seems way too agressive

No. My fan curve seems to be spot on considering my temperatures. I just use a 60 FPS limit instead, so the card doesn't get hot in most games in the first place. :)
