Most probably the CPU-to-socket contact has gone voodoo. Loosen or tighten your waterblock mounting and see if it changes a thing.I installed a new watercooler
LGA1700 is utter geometric garbage and cannot be trusted.
You probably also would wanna install the correction bracket. They cost about 5 bucks and solve the epic fail geometry issue.
