I retested by leaving the computer alone while it was running the benchmark. Score increased by about 1% except for the GPU score which increased about 2%.
5700X single core: 92 from 91
5700X all cores: 791 from 782
Vega 64 at 75% power: 2689 from 2623
I also noticed that AMD GPUs using Metal, Apple's API, score much higher. Using Metal, a Radeon Pro 5500M which is essentially a slower 5500 XT is only about 25% slower than my Vega 64 with a 75% power limit.
