Wanna buy a bridge?

Pretty challenging to get this done without collapse :D

Still WIP... I wanted a base where I could cultivate barley and flax on one side, and the early game stuff on the other... I've also got the Mistlands sitting right to the south of here... Yagluth first tho. Gotta say the Plains feel somewhat unfinished, or maybe I'm missing something yet. Had to do quite a bit of puzzling to get the right build pieces too.

I'm playing the demo for Phantom Fury because someone here in this thread mentioned it recently, but I am too lazy to go back and check who.

Anyways, thanks, its pretty neat game

Just beat TLOU Part 1 in hard mode. This game looks so much better without TAA. Replaying again with new game+ in grounded difficulty using vibrant colour filter and flip view modifier to give me a different experience. One of the best single-player titles I've played so far. I've never been so attached to characters in video games before. Looking forward to Part 2 coming to PC.

It looks incredible, those vibrant colours!

Cyberpunk 2077 v2.0, one of the best turn-arounds ever, along with No Mans Sky.

Best looking game I have seen in years, maybe ever

The world feels alive on a different level than GTA5 and most other open world games

I wanted to start playing/pick up Phantom Liberty but considering how little I play nowadays I will delay that to a later point when I'm back to my usual gaming mood and such.

Check what your monitors displaying, it could be dropping to 4:2:0 if the games enabling HDR at a display level

Otherwise IIRC there was a bug with Nvidia screenshots (through their software) with some HDR displays - a GFE bug, I think. Saw it in patch notes somewhere.

AMD owners playing Cyberpunk 2077, might want to play on Linux:

Vulkan is smashing ahead so fast now.

DXVK has been incredible, when you find out why it's a great story.

Valve are contributing manpower and money to it, as well as intel these days - and they're leaving most of the original devs work intact and optimising his code rather than commercialising it.

The steam deck has its own open source goodness here
GitHub - ValveSoftware/Proton: Compatibility tool for Steam Play based on Wine and additional components

Because they're upfront about the open source nature of who they borrowed from and using it correctly, the things they find out and fix make it back to the original devs of Wine/DXVK and things are speeding up massively in both time to fix bugs, and overall performance. Borderlands 1/2 more than doubled FPS for me, as well as fixed stutter issues in windows, let alone the lighter linux based OS's.

When more things work properly in linux (like a true afterburner alternative and nvidia have open source drivers that dont suck) i'll move over happily.

Nope and nope... HDR is off everywhere I look; I run 3440x1440 @ 144hz over DP and no subsampling loss. Also, I'm on AMD, not NV.

Stopped playing Starfield after 20 hours or so. Mediocre at best. Cyberpunk 2077 v2.0 + Expansion took over. It is insane how much more I appreciate CB2077 after playing Starfield. Starfield needs a few years and way better mods to pick up my interrest again. Boring main quest and dull side quests. Space fight becomes repetative really fast as well. I don't understand why game companies hype their game so much, they will only disappoint then. 1000+ planets to explore, sure, 975 of them are boring and empty + loading sceen all the time ruins immersion.

Maybe we can have Starfield v2.0 in 2027 and then TES 6 v2.0 in 2030. All their RPGs are a mess on release really.

Blew though about half of Halo Infinite's campaign.
The gameplay is good, but it has got to be THE most boring game I've played in years and hands down the worst Halo.

It's literally just Far Cry - clear outpost, rinse and repeat.
