Samsung B-Die trying for 4000mhz

I was on 3800 and they're Micron B die. I'm going to put it back on 3800 as I had the TRFC incorrect.
Micron B-dies should clock ok.

But the M-ATX boards seem to have their nuts chopped for memory overclocking.

For example, by B450-I ROG board stomps the living Fudge out of my Asus B450M-A for memory clocks. It is definitely a night and day difference.
The same holds true for the 2x DDR5 boards I have. A B660-I and a B660-G. The I-TX board will post up CL40 6400mhz all day no problem. The G model, with BCLK at least will not go over 6000mhz. Actually at this exact frequency, a lot of weird shit happens without a lot of dodgy tweaking and high memory voltages. This shouldn't be the case really... but it is.

That said, it's not your cpu or memory kit, it's the board. Just not designed well for memory OC, you've probably seen tons and tons of threads with B450 boards and Ryzen chips "can't enable XMP, defaults to 2133mhz"" which you NEVER see this issue if someone is running full ATX boards like Asus Hero or something like that.

Just because the RAM can do 4000 MT (not MHz) doesn't mean the CPU can.

I'm currently in the same with the 4000 c19 series, did you manage to make it stable?
If you are running an APU like a 5600G or 5700G etc then 4000 should be attainable with some tweaking sadly I don't have an APU to give you settings.

If you are running ZEN3 5600X, 5800X etc then 3800 CL15 is the most easy to run on these sticks with just 1.45V.
G.Skill 4000 C19 I have 5 of these kits and all of them can do these timings.

While its possible to run at 4000 1:1 you will likely get WHEA errors without running high VSOC and VDIMM.
Best stability was around 3933 CL15 higher than this and random WHEA erros would pop up.

....with fclk 1:1, at least!
B-Die is absolutely wild to play with when the CPU/IMC isn't a limitation. Even only 1.5v on bdie should get some pretty sweet frequencies and timings. I'd focus on figuring out what vSOC is needed for high fclk on that CPU
