What's your latest tech purchase?

That honestly looks pretty nice! Wonder if I could find one that would fit my SFF case.

If the footprint is similar to the Series X then it probably would (there are larger travel bags too).
The controller pockets are just mesh nylon so there's some flex if you needed to push on the divider.

My latest tech purchase? A literal cooler for my phone.
Yes its stupid, but I don't wanna burn my hands

Sent my MCG Ultimate in (the alu housing) for refinishing in cerakote.

Here it is all disassembled - the beauty of a modular design. iFixit would adore VKB as a company.

I/O shield for Asus Z170-A, as I got it without it. ~15EUR incl shipping and VAT.

Somewhat expensive for what it is though...

My motherboard has it built-in, so no separate one, I think they don't have separate I/O shields anymore these days.

Practically just in limits what I was willing to pay for a damn small piece of metal. :D

Yeah, love modern boards since everything except entry-level ones have an integrated one. :)

It's always annoying when the i/o shield goes missing and they can be really expensive.

This is what I like because no missing i/o shields or the classic where you forget it in the case when you take out the board or forget to put it in when building a new computer we properly all done this at some point in life

I remember seeing blanks where you make your own cutouts. The most annoying thing with those shields are that you forget to remove the old one and you're already putting a new mobo in the case. :D

Somewhere out there. Beneath the pale moonlight. Someone bought G502 X and isnt double clicking tonight...

I had that board once upon a time.
I had a CH VII Hero + R5 3600 before on my 2nd rig, but my friend wanted to upgrade his setup, so we traded our platforms. I got his Z170-A & 6700K and he paid me a little. :)

A heatsink.
I have a simple EK heatsink on my other SSD (didn't even buy that, got that as a freebie), though I don't know how hot drives you have. I have just cheap Kingston NV2 1TB x2

One thing for Shure they get hotter than Hard Drives. :)
Actually dunno, I have a good airflow in my pc :) HDDs only in external boxes so they do run a little hot.

Got my Temu order 1xusb-c 100w 3meter cable, digital watt reader usb-c to usb-c and 2 cup holder inserts for my car

] I tried the GameSir Cycline Pro, but had issues getting it to connect to my PC with the included wireless dongle, bluetooth also would not see it (windows 11) well I tried for an hr before i gave up and refunded it, BUT it did fit my hands perfectly, holy fuck it fit my hands so good... i miss it for that reason, but yeah oh well. I had the gamesir app installed through M$ Store too, and even in wired mode it just kept saying no gamesir controller detected...
Coincidentally sounds just like the USB version 1x meme, when it was time to get a self-powered USB hub, literally, because USB version 1x didn't have enough Amperes, IIRC.

Where I wanted to use my Logitech WingMan Rumblepad cordless and it wasn't recognized! (2001 and 2002)

I ended up pre-ordering this. Has hall effect sticks and comes out at end of this month. If I could get this but with AA batteries I'd be set, but for being so cheap, I can live with wired. Wired doesn't bother me that much honestly, I have a 10 ft one cloth fabric, and it's a non-issue once you get it routed right around the other desk objects.
