With how much that costs, I am keeping my Casio... haha

Casio is good. And they're making a comeback because with advances in manufacturing and QC, they can make similar watches to the great ones from years ago, but more durable, longer lasting and less expensive.

Apparently the one I have is the -2BV (which has numbers on 12, 3, 6 and 9 instead of the double notches), it was cheap and looked classy, I bought it to go on the second date with my ex-girlfriend :D:cry:

I like it though. I picked up on the habit of wearing a watch, just not sure I'll ever splurge for a smart one. Apple watches are way too expensive, and so are the Galaxy watches worth having... and of course, I prefer the traditional ones, but I also don't wanna be robbed, so Casio does me just fine :D

I'm thinking about this one;

Yet leaning toward this one;

EDIT: This is also tempting me just a little bit, and it's currently on sale;

I can tell you I very much love my Galaxy Watch 3 (especially its rotating bezel), but I got it roughly for half its then price through SouBarato (as far as I'm aware it was a showcase unit).
If I use it with its standard leather strap and a classic watchface, many wouldn't know it any better from a traditional watch without scrutinizing when it's on the always on mode. The craftmanship from Sammy shows on it.

I will only replace it if it ever goes kaput.

Running low on coffee so ive bought some cheap tat to tide me over till some big discounts pop up or my Aunt goes to costco.

1721667457763.png

Ive had the Amazon house blend before but that was before they changed the name of it and the packaging. Hopefully the beans are still sourced from the same place. Ive not had the Gran Milano before but it was under £10 for 1kg. Reviews were flavorable so I decided to try it out.

Roughly around 2-3 months worth of coffee. Maybe 3-3.5 months if the extra strong turns out to be extra strong.

(I normally do like a 300-350ml of coffee per day unless im going fishing then it will be double that.)

I made a mistake.
Instead of buying 2x8GB DDR4 SODIMM for my mother's laptop, I bought 1x16GB.
(it's equipped with 2x4GB now)

Should I put 16+4 on it, buy another 16GB or return it and get 2x8?

16+4 isn't terrible if she's not a power user. You get 8 GB in dual channel mode and a further 12 GB in single channel.

As long as the timings match.

I thought one only gets dual channel for matched sizes

On my mom's laptop (i7 7500U ideapad I got her some 5 years ago) that's actually the max supported configuration as one of the memory channels is soldered in with a 4 GB capacity. Really odd one

Several actually. Last week I got my Ryzen 5700X3D and a Fritz! Repeater 2400. Today I got a Fritz! Repeater 3000 AX thanks to Amazon Prime Day last week. And perhaps a bit unrelated, next I'm supposed to finally get my Segway Navimow i108 robot mower. This is actually the main reason for buying the repeaters.

So the 12V battery is too big for the scooter. Amazon issued a refund because the box it came in was damaged. but does not want it back.

Any ideas for using a 12v lead acid battery? :D My motorcycle already has a sort of new battery.

The price is extremely low :O Is it some outlet or whatever non-typical?

And btw great purchase :>150$ may seem much for something like pc case, but it's the first one to justify whatever price. And special one - Define 7, so we can say Meshify 2, was imo the first case which could be considered as perfect. Totally flawless, with nothing to improve or do really better way. Four years passed and there's still nothing to beat it, improve something or just being the same good by copying all of the solutions. Instead market is into spamming fishtanks and innovating in hiding "ugly things" like cables. When should be about progressing in giving all of these thought out, ergonomic features more commonly and for lower price, but I know that's not likely to happen - things to be noticed only by ones knowing things or two about cases, so total minority of buyers.

My cousin choose to upgrade his i7-8086K, AsRock Z390 Extreme4 and G.Skill C16 memory to AMD Ryzen 7800X3D, AsRock B650 Steel Legend WiFi and G.Skill Ripjaws S5 CL30 32GB White memory and reusing his Asus RTX 4070 Dual OC

Sadly I do not have a photo of the final built but it runs very smooth with a Corsair H150i and 6000MT/s

I told him to take this board over of the really good vrm solution, pci-e 5.0 and nvme gen5 support for the price AsRock really make it a good buy.

My cousin also picked me up a new keyboard since the us layout on my Akkogear is killing me slowly I didn't think it was such a great deal with the us layout but it is I prefer to use british layout I found this Ducky One 3 Daybreak in Fullsize on sale for £68 normal price is still £145 so I believe this was a great deal with only 2 in stuck :laugh:
