No idea. The issue existed with both R5 3600 and R7 5800X CPUs and with a custom loop so there wasn't temp issues. Updating the BIOS, clearing the CMOS, trying different RAM etc. didn't help.What did you think happened? That's nuts, even with heavy CPU thermal throttling, due to a bad heatsink mount!
