I think that same CN vendor has been poaching on Amazon with super deep price cuts for a couple of months now while constantly changing storefront names. I should take some screenshots and compare to confirm every time I see it.

Yesterday they were both shipped and sold by Amazon for $400 & $429. I almost had another 7950X3D, but I was able to control myself. :laugh:

I've been checking almost every day on the odd hope it might dip around $400 as that price makes spending $630 for 9950x perhaps not worth it. Hopefully it's not a bait and switch like what I think I accidently discovered last year however if that listing is already 24hrs old that would be enough time I think for Amazon to flag it if there was something wrong.

The new price is actually a bit different. The original listing was for $400.68 and still listed some low quantity available at the time of my original posting. The new listing from Amazon is now $400.87 without a stock indicator but instead now shows "Available to ship in 1-2 days". Something must have happened in the changeover from $400.68 to $400.87 allowing the non-Amazon listing to be briefly presented as the default option for that hyper-linked item.

It usually defaults to the lowest price so that 3rd party likely just lowered its price.... I have mine set to Amazon only so even with your link it takes me to the Amazon 1-2 days listing.
