I think that same CN vendor has been poaching on Amazon with super deep price cuts for a couple of months now while constantly changing storefront names. I should take some screenshots and compare to confirm every time I see it.

I've been checking almost every day on the odd hope it might dip around $400 as that price makes spending $630 for 9950x perhaps not worth it. Hopefully it's not a bait and switch like what I think I accidently discovered last year however if that listing is already 24hrs old that would be enough time I think for Amazon to flag it if there was something wrong.

The new listing from Amazon is now $400.87 without a stock indicator but instead now shows "Available to ship in 1-2 days". It usually defaults to the lowest price so that 3rd party likely just lowered its price.... I have mine set to Amazon only so even with your link it takes me to the Amazon 1-2 days listing.
