With the right kit any 5000series CPU on 500series board can do 3600MT/s today.Alexx, but does my cpu support 3600? This means overclocking, and I won't have problems, crash, restart, freeze?
Recent board BIOS version helps too.
And I’d stick with 2stick kit.
Though it’s not 100% guaranteed even if you do get an AMD certified kit to run at 3200MT/s.
Sure 99% of users will achieve it from first attempt but some cases are facing instability and need to swap DRAM with a different kit because the CPU/Board/DRAM combo “does not get along”.
Today there are less and less of those cases.
I’m talking both 3200/3600.
Have you tried to raise voltages with your current 3200 kit?
DRAM voltage
SoC voltage
when you enable XMP does it boot at all or crashes instantly?
