Alexx, but does my cpu support 3600? This means overclocking, and I won't have problems, crash, restart, freeze?
With the right kit any 5000series CPU on 500series board can do 3600MT/s today.
Recent board BIOS version helps too.
And I’d stick with 2stick kit.

Though it’s not 100% guaranteed even if you do get an AMD certified kit to run at 3200MT/s.
Sure 99% of users will achieve it from first attempt but some cases are facing instability and need to swap DRAM with a different kit because the CPU/Board/DRAM combo “does not get along”.

Today there are less and less of those cases.
I’m talking both 3200/3600.

Have you tried to raise voltages with your current 3200 kit?
DRAM voltage
SoC voltage

when you enable XMP does it boot at all or crashes instantly?

Zach, with the 2700x processor I only had problems with those HyperX memory sticks. I activate the xmp profile in the bios, it shows 3200, but during use the computer freezes. I changed the processor, switched to 5700x, the profile in the BIOS was activated at 3200, but in time one of the boards broke. It must have corrupt from when I had 2700x... I can't explain it. I was afraid to walk with voltage. So with the 5700x processor I had no problems until now when a memory died.

How started it all: out of 20 installed games, not a single game worked. When I entered a game, he would kick me out or give me blue screen. I said that the video card drivers were corrupted. I tried to reinstall the drivers with DDU, I had no chance. I reinstalled windows 10. But during the installation of windows it gave me a blue screen 5 times I think. I managed to reinstall windows with difficulty. The first thing I did then, I installed the drivers for the video card. I tested the games and they all worked. I thought it was from the BIOS. A new version of BIOS appeared in August for my the motherboard and I say to update. I put the bios on a stick, I entered the bios, I chose M-FLASH, the PC restarted to write the BIOS and....here everything died. He didn't even get to write 0000.1% from the BIOS. I removed the battery from the motherboard, left it for 30 min, put it back...nothing. I renamed the bios on the stick to MSI.ROM, I put the USB stick in the USB port on the back where it says FLASH BIOS, I pressed that little button on the back, the red LED started blinking, I waited 10 min, it restarted, I took out the stick usb, I waited and still nothing. Then I took it to the service, they fixed it. They checked all my components and found one of the faulty memory cards.

I see...
That faulty stick was preventing it form booting back up I guess.
You know you can do the flash button procedure without CPU/RAM installed on the board right? They can be installed but not necessary.
Only power needs to be on.

Anyway, what happened... happened.

Voltages should be handled with care of course.
Any DDR4 kit can handle up to 1.4v and as for SoC up to 1.2v is ok for 5000series Ryzen. Most of cases unnecessary but ok.

After a week of waiting, the people I ordered the memoria from informed me that it would take longer and estimated their date to be around September 24-25. I can't stay that long without a PC. I got angry and started looking on all the websites in Romania and all of them say: it is in stock warehouse, estimate 7 days. In the end, I found on a website where it was written that it was available in the store:
And I ordered these. I tested them on the G.skil website and I see that they are compatible, what do you think?

I think they will work, but they are not on the MSI QVL of your mainboard.

MSI QVL?? What does this mean?
"A Qualified Vendor List (QVL) is a list supplied by a system or motherboard manufacturer of parts tested and confirmed by that manufacturer to work in their hardware."

But dont take it as the Bible. Some times RAM on QVL does not work, and many times RAM not on QVL does work.

This screeshoot is on the motherboard website.
Qualified Vendor List, these are the items MSI has tested with and have a 100% gurantee that they are compatible.

The ones you bought according to your previous post are the F4-3600C18D-32GTZR.

But like I said, they probably work fine with your hardware. Motherboard manufacterers can hardly test every set of RAM that comes out.

Very correct. 18D does not appear on the MSI website. But on the G.skill website it says that it works. I don't understand anything anymore. It is very difficult to find G.skill RAM in stock in Romania. Why?

This could mean that MSI did not test it but G.Skill did test it with this board. Or so they say...

Literally... its buying and crossing fingers with these things.
A lot of aspects can make a difference between MSI/G.Skill testing and actual user usage of the exact same components.
Like CPU memory controller quality, board electromagnetic interference from surrounding devices, PSU supply deliverance...
...to name few.

Its a mess and we can only accept it and move on.

Let's just go with the fact that G.Skill checked and this set ticks all the boxes, it should be fine.

About limited options regarding variety of G.Skill models in Romania, I don't know. As being part of the EU there should be no import restrictions. Maybe the importer/local dealers don't sell enough RAM sets to have a bigger option menu and/or stocks. Just plain old market forces at work.

Like Zach_01 mentioned, there are way more things that have influences, without it being visible to the average consumer. And yes, that makes it very confusing for a lot of consumers, even some enthousiasts.

Good thing there are sites like TPU where you can ask help to peeps who do know what they are talking about (no me ;), I'm just using common sence with some experiences ).

That's why :lovetpu:

It's rare for QVL lists to even matter anymore. I've had stuff on a list before boot but not be stable... So what's the point in a list like that...

Today i received RAM-ul. I inserted them into slots 2 and 4 on the motherboard. The PC won't turn on. And this red LED appears on the motherboard. It's ok this led? What's wrong? No compatible ram? Tested slot 1 and 3 no work, tested slot 2 and 4 no work :(

First I would do a BIOS reset (Clear CMOS). After try 1 DIMM.

I removed the battery from the motherboard and only put a ram on slot 2. How long should I leave the battery out? Some say an hour.

1. PSU off from main back switch
2. Press PC power start button once to drain all PSU power in caps.
3. Bridge ClearCMOS jumper for 5sec or remove battery for 5-15sec

I succeeded. The PC has opened. It sees both of my RAM memories at the frequency of 2667 MHz with the default BIOS settings. Now which profile should I activate from BIOS in XMP?

Right there...
If it says XMP probably does not have EXPO profile.

Any ZenTimings screenshot?
