Go to sensors and play some, also swap monitor cables, get hwinfo64 and post your sensors only info relating to power and gpu power.

Open your case and get a picture of the motherboard and gpu, plus 1 where it shows the pcie mount from the inside.

Did you buy this card new or used?

Hi, thanks for the answer.

Today I've spent 8 hours streaming and recording Elden Ring with 1080p High Settings, no black screens at all, suddenly when I ended the stream got a black screen.

Yesterday I stress tested CPU, GPU, RAM and Storage Drives with FurMark, MemTest86 and AIDA64, no black screens at the tests.

Edit: it's not software also because it happened before and after formatting my PC.

The GPU was new when I bought 4/5 years ago.

Start pulling hwinfo 64 screenshots, while gaming/streaming, for the power supply volts and also to the gpu.

How about to your motherboard too.

It is possible you may need to consider a heatpad for the gpu die

It's drivin me crazy, about 4 days without the problem (since friday), today I'm out for a couple hours and left my PC turned on and iddle at the desktop, when I get home, It's on a black screen.

I'll try to use my friends GPU for a few days and see if I get any black screen, if I don't, it's my GPU, if I get, it's another thing

Today I tried to run AIDA64 stress to CPU, FPU, RAM and Cache, nothing, tried all this options plus GPU, nothing, tried Furmark alone, nothing

After all these tests I've made a new one with CPU, FPU, RAM and Cache at AIDA64 and GPU with Furmark for the GPU at the same time, tried it 3 times, everytime it gaves a black screen within 12/18 seconds

Also, one time of these 3 I get a non boot disk fount and another it gave me a windows startup repair

Its getting me to another question, could it be my PSU or my nvme?

It's the voltage and currents of the motherboard while I'm playing.

I would suggest a psu swap for experimentation
For sure, I'll try to get another PSU this week, tomorrow I'll test my GPU at another PC, I'll post the results here.
If I find the problem and the solution I'll leave a detailed post, maybe it can help other users.

By the moment, I'm very grateful about your help.

Sorry about my poor english btw haha, I'm trying my best.

your 12v is going too low at 11.2v, and never reaches more than 11.597v

Thats most likely causing a lockup on card

I noticed that, atx spec minimum is 11.4 but that is even pushing it, it's why i suggested a psu swap

Is your card connected with two SEPARATE PCIe cables from the PSU, not with one cable which splits into two?

I remember having problems with my old 1080 Ti and using two cables fixed that.

edit: Is the PSU how old? Software readings MAY not always be accurate though..

Instability like that leads to psu typically

I've tried to remove some sleeved cables I was using, all is connect directly with the PSU cables but the black screen happened again.

My PSU is a XPG Core Reactor 850w Gold with less than 2 years old.

Your problem could be with your powerstrip, outlets to breakers to transformer, substation...

To answer, your nvme could be a problem as well

You might need to consider a pcb test and repair with Northridgefix in California...

This is going to sound insane but keep reading. So I got the newest Windows update for 11 and the first thing that happened was my Desktop freezing. I mean playing TWWH3 for 4 hours on a Saturday, close that and go on Youtube for a live stream, go get something to eat and come back to a frozen desktop. Restarting did nothing. The only solution was to kill the power at the PSU and wait for the RGB lights to go out. Restart and it would work but randomly freeze. Ok I figured it was the new Mouse I had installed from Kingston. I have an Asus board so I bought a Asus Tuf G3 mouse for $14.99. Then I reinstalled Windows. While I was getting everything back to the way I like it the wallpaper changed to a completely different image. I checked and it was not an image in the folder that MS creates, no this was from the Internet. MS in their wisdom is borking some Mice as they are not up to speed with this change. I have set a native Wallpaer and at least once every 7 to 8 days I get the freeze with the screen turning black and just the cursor on the screen as WIndows tries to change my background but forgot that it is no longer hooked. Windows 11 is a joke. As soon as the support for the rest of the Gaming platforms becomes a non issue my Gaming PC is going to Bazzite or Steam OS.

Another thing to consider, remove all external devices and use just mouse and keyboard,

I can only assume that they have tried to automate it in Windows. The old one though only used the Pics in the library that is built with Windows.
