Hello,
Lately my pc start to crash when playing AC or ACC, after the reboot sometimes it crash the whole pc again or it continued normal, i check the "Event Viewer" and i got this message "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." "EVENT 41" i did some research and i noticed that the 3.3v 5v and 12v (fromHWiNFO) reading is really off, i checked the wall plug voltage i got 217V(living in morocco), surprised by another reading from AIDA64, i donnu if it PSU problem or MB issue, i hope someoneto help me

Replace the power supply with something better. A cheap bronze power supply is usually a waste of your money, and this particular one has a F/Replace Immediately rating on the cultist PSU tier list.
I would replace the power supply first no matter what, and then troubleshoot if the problem continues.

Do you mean that after replacing the PSU with a brand new one you are still getting the same voltage readings as in the first message?

Could be bad motherboard power regulators and/or caps. I remember a vid on YouTube of an old PC that was reporting improper voltages in the BIOS, but replacing the capacitors on the board fixed it. I'd check the BIOS to see what it reported the voltages as (press DEL when you start your PC from shutdown).

i checked last time the bios and couldn't found anything related to the 3.3v 5v 12v , only reporting the CPU's voltage, the thing is, HWiNFO report different values to AIDA64

The readings for CPU Vcore are also off. You should be seeing much lower voltage in idle, yet it is nearly the same as when stressed.

The max temp of the CPU seems too high (I assume 89 C is the socket temperature). What's your CPU cooler and CPU temp under stress? Perhaps motherboard thermal protection is kicking in.

From your mobo manual:

For CPU Vcore value I think in the bios it sets to 1.35v iirc, my cpu temps i never saw it goes above 90c, i did some stress tests last couple weeks for like 15-20min and the system never shut down and temps were in the 80s temperature zone, i will do some testing when i go back home, thanks.
Edit : cpu cooler is the stock amd cooler

80c is still quite a lot. Motherboard reporting isnt always 100% accurate. So a hotspot could easily be going over the threshold.

Did you remove the plastic sticker from under the heatsink before installing it?

While at it, it would be a good idea to remove any dust and debris from the heatsink and fan, and replace the stock thermal paste with a fresh application. Also, make sure the cooler is seated evenly and latched properly onto the socket.

The Ryzen 5 3600 is an easy processor to cool and it shouldn't be near 90 C even with the stock cooler. Judging by your SATA SSD temp, your room must be at about 25 C, which isn't a high ambient.

In the BIOS, check whether CPU Vcore is set to default/auto rather than a fixed value. Run a proper CPU stress test afterwards and please report back with CPU voltages and temps.

Looking at the deviations between HWiNFO64 and AIDA64, I'd say it looks like your BIOSTAR motherboard doesn't have good sensor support in those software suites. AIDA64 was in the ballpark on two of them, but that makes the 14+V even more concerning lol.

Can you show a fresh screenshot of those two with the new power supply? I'm just curious if some are different, all, or none.
Also, per the previous suggestion about checking in your BIOS, this is a really good idea. The manual for that motherboard shows on page 15 if you go to the "Advanced" tab and go to "Hardware Monitor", it should show +12V and +5V rails:

i did some "really basic" cleaning, and did a stress test for 11mins, and this is the result, and yeah temps are really high, i never changed the thermal paste, so i think i know my next mission :d, thanks for the pointing out the temps

so yeah, I wouldn't trust any software reading of your voltages anymore. Depending on your GPU, it may give a +12V sensor reading that's more reliable, but your motherboard is not reading correctly in these software.

I would also say that 49C seems a bit high for just idling in BIOS.

alright i'll do, just one thing, i did a race in "ACC" and i didnt have any lag spikes or weird lagging sound as i used to have with lux psu, everything went smooth
I suppose that's a lesson not to buy a PSU worse than c tier on the list unless you don't have an option. I once tried upgrading a GPU from an RX 480 to a 1080 Ti that was given to me when I had a terrible ULTRA LSP "750 W" PSU. It would cause the PC to shutdown with the 1080 Ti. Replaced it with an EVGA 600 BA about two years ago that I snagged for $40 US on sale on EVGA's website and it's handled my 5800X + 6700 XT sim racing PC just fine since.

well i didnt know the psu tier list when i bought the pc last year, as for pc part prizes here in morocco arent the best in term of quality/price ratio

So it's a bit better now. I'd also set the power plan to "balanced" and move the power slider to "best energy savings" to lower the idle temps.

After re-applying the thermal paste and thorough cleaning of the case, you could try to improve the airflow for better thermals. However, since it's a pre-built, I wouldn't expect miracles here.

For now, you can just use your PC as you normally do and see whether the crashes come back.

Thanks for the tips man, really appreciate.
The "Pre-build" isn't as those pc from companies if i could say. It's just a normal respectable build. It got 3 intakes and 1 exhaust fans, my plan is total cleaning and maybe changing the cpu cooler.
So far no crashes from a +1h gaming session ACC
