Most reasonable list so far. Don't get why people keep throwing AIOs onto chips that don't remotely need them.
Well, I can tell you that I did because of the case OP is using. I helped someone with the same case set up their build a few years ago and their 5800X ran incredibly hot until they put a liquid freezer ii 240 in the top of the case. Their GPU still runs a bit warm with the stock case fans though, hence my suggestion for improvements there. In a case with great airflow, I'd have suggested an air cooler 100%, but in this case the aio not only forces the CPU heat out the top of the case, but doubles as a general case exhaust, helping with the rest of the system as well.

Cheaper to just get a pack of P12's for top exhaust and a good air cooler.

It's not, but you don't have to like AIOs lol (the deep cool listed was 46 euros, plus ~20 euros for P12's is 66 euros, lf3-240 suggested was 57 euros). It's definitely a personal choice and not everybody likes AIOs. Dealer's choice

Dude I'm running an AIO in my main desktop, test bench, and wife's desktop. The point is x3D chips do not need them. Only reason I still have mine running is same mounting coming from my 5950x that did need one when it was pulling 240w.

OP can get different fans, reuse them from an old build or maybe a friend has them. Either way it depends on what OP really wants but that build does NOT need an AIO.

Waiting for the Geforce 5XXX cards makes sense at this point, unless OP needs the computer right now, in which case I'd take a Zen 7600 + decent B650 motherboard and something like a 7900GRE or the 7900XTX.

It's not about need, it's about best bang/buck in a given application. You said it was about price until I said it was cheaper, then you said it isn't needed lol. That case, with basically any cpu over 65W will benefit from the lf3-240. The gpu will also benefit. It's a win-win. Cheaper, and the best performing option. It's not like op was going for a 14900ks or something. I'd have started with "you need a new case that can accommodate better cooling". It's not like AIOs are only for high end when they make small ones. It's about form factor and where they move the heat. Also, yes, I realize I did put a 65W CPU on the list I made, but they could always upgrade in the future and if they do, they'll want a better cooler if they're determined to run in that case.

Realistically they can go with a Peerless Assassin and that would hold them for a very long time. The EVO can do just above 300w on socket 1700.

That link shows that there's no Thermalright coolers to be had in Romania via PC Partpicker.
Some ID Cooling coolers are available and have been reviewed well by TPU. At least there's one good alternative.

except any AIO can do what the best air cooler cant, dump the cpu ehat outside the case, and thus lower case/gpu/psu/drive temps significantly.
its not always about what a part needs, to recommend something different.

That's what the back exhaust fan does that's on nearly every standard ATX case.

short of a separate chamber for cpu airflow, its not gonna matter, unless you have more exhaust flow than the cpu cooler + gpu heat, cpu heat will circle inside the case,
making the gpu (re) breath already warm air (instead of cold).

even when i had a large midi case with more fans for the case, a single 140 aio was perf with lower temps for everything inside, than using an air cooler,
unless i ramped up fan speed significantly.

i always did LC for silence not perf/cooling, same wayi always put bigger/better tires on my car, because i prefer it, and not because its needed.

its fine if you dont recommend LC, but its an option that some dont think of, and when ppl ask for help, we can always offer "everything", and let the buyer decide what they want (or not).

It's really not hard to adds fans to the top and yes, giving all options is a good thing but not overspending is also an option. Y'all are bent on AIOs so you do you.

so how is recommending air cooling fine, but ppl recommending LC, is not?
im ignoring cost, as its up to the buyer to decide where their funds go

but quick comparison
by the time i have decent performing 2 fan cooler its at least 30$, most recommended stuff i saw is about 50ish or more, adding 2 more case fans will be about 25$,
while i can get a 240 AIO from 45$, Alphacool/Arctic around 75$.

so you are worried about a 0-30$ difference on a 2100$ build? ok.
