got some hot wheels, so designing a display rack. Didnt like any of the ones i found online, too slow to print and too complicated. the focus should be on the cars not the rack lol.

i hate when people complicate things and make it harder to make.

EDIT: almost doxxed myself.

My adhesion was not happening... i checked and saw my bed was wonky. I suspect the cat is sitting on it after i am done printing... because of the heated bed.

It doesn't affect the print, so no need to fix.

I've been looking for a neato phone stand that also support (fast) charging but I haven't found a good design yet.

i just got a unigen dock for my bed side table, which charges my samsung galaxy, the galaxy watch and the wireless buds. i suggest look at them since they are pretty cheap and can fold away pretty neatly.

Try using a brim with increased infill for your problem corner(s). My standard infill is 15%, but I was able to combat sharp corners lifting by using modifiers to raise the problem corners to 45-55%. You can also use the appropriate Magigoo or VisionMiner Nano Polymer Adhesive to ramp up the first layer adhesion.

I did resolve this with a brim. I dont want to use adhesives and stuff as they are very hard to find here. Its just kinda cold here now, so the brims help. I also redesigned the part to accommodate for this.

coming along nicely now with the brim offset to 0.25mm, only a few more parts to goooo

same, i dont use anything, i just change the temp and it works well again, its colder here now than before so i have upped my temps by 5C and its all good. I am using a glass bed and it gets cleaned with a glass cleaner after each print. I also make sure to level the bed after heating it up now, glass doesnt expand, so i need to dial in the first layer offset in my settings.

There's more to the name but it's all in Dutch. Considering my country has legion of rules related to the ill/sick employees, my dad decided to help both the employer as well as the employee.
So the name is kinda ironic but it does stand out amongst the rest.

Holder for the remote of the monitor and pc keyboard in the living room, mounted under the coffee table.

Both are modified variants of the small-drawer [link]. The left one was modified in Tinkercad, the right one in Creality Print 5.1 .

adjusted the tolerances so that it is a click fit. Came along nicely and straight. Will print a few more after i get a few cars that i left at my parent's place lol.

I used PVA glue for fixing it together. These are all JDM, except that muscle car.

Always wanted to try this kind. They say it destroys the nozzle, but whatever. Creality's nozzle's are rated at 1000-hours for carbon filament, so I imagine it would hold for flourescent as well.

I got some stuff to post too, but after work. Kind of not happy with the selection of wall mounts for headphones....wanna try my hand at designing one myself.

It all depends on what the nozzle is made from. Hardened steel and other alternate tip nozzles can withstand more abrasive materials. Basic brass will get blown out in as little as 80g of material.
