I'm aware that most 12900KS CPUs had AVX512 fused off, though I'm pretty sure at least some of the early batches (see here and here) left it intact.
Assuming a 12900KS with AVX512 exists and isn't some QS unicorn, will it emulate PS3 games faster than a 9800X3D would? I know Golden Cove draws a lot more power than Zen 5 does under AVX512 load, but I'd be willing to ignore that if it's much faster than Zen 5. Something like a ~10 FPS difference on average I would say.
