Well I'm part of the invading team scissor here. My UltraX from 2004 lasted 11 years. Would love to find something similar again.

Muscular damage. The only medicine is having a rest. High temperatures won't do anything.

Also... I'm a big man (zero % obese, just 5 inches taller than average), I don't fit my bathtub. Walking to a sauna with my back hurting that much is also problematic.

Yeah all regular tubs are for kids, I'm 6'5" so I know that you mean. Only way is to leave the legs/knees in the air, getting them cold lol.
