New Motherboard no Orange audio output

Hey,

I just got my new system with this MB

Gigabyte X870 GAMING X WIFI7 AMD Motherboard

Before i was using ROG Maximus XII Hero Z490 and with a logitech 5.1 surround system at the back of that MB it did have a orange audio output for centre speaker i belive.

but my new MB doesn’t have that audio output only green, black and pink.

does anyome know why this is and does this mean i can’t use the 5.1 surround system?

Did you read the motherboard user guide. It will be in there what the integrated sound supports and how to connect the speaker systems.

And for the record, I am not aware of any industry standard that dictates colors of audio ports.

Plug it into the pink one.

You can use Realtek Audio Console app to change the default "mic in" function for the pink plug to "Subwoofer/Speaker Out".

Thanks just sorted it. When testing with that program all speakers sound but the subwoofer test bass is very faint and weak.

in sound - options the enhancement feature is gone? How do i increase the bass
