Unless the WHEA errors can be traced to a bad SSD, it looks like time to get another PC.

Don't blame ThrottleStop. It was your excessive undervolt settings that caused the BSOD.
Good work fixing what you did.
I didnt blame. I just said it was about my settings. Anyways, problem still continues even with clean windows
