Depends a lot on the prices and if you're interested on something else than gaming.
From gaming point of view going from 5600X to 5900X/5950X the gain will be marginal (1-3%, cant be more than 5%).
Going to 5700X3D/5800X3D on CPU demanding titles gain can be 15~25%. Think of it like your going into AM5 7600/7600X territory.
NOTE:
These gaming tests below are on 1080p. At 1440p differences are smaller but that shows what the gap can be if/when the game is CPU demanding. even at 1440p. And I am under the impression that CPU demanding games are increasing overtime.

Of course these "old" first gen X3D CPUs suck on productivity (because of low freq), but you still have 8cores/16threads for general multi-tasking (multi-apps running)
