Is RX 9070 VRAM temperature regular value or hotspot?

What particular 9070 you have? Nvidia reporting maybe on top of the VRAM chip sensor while AMD is reporting the middle of the chip where is hotter, also PTM is only on GPU core not VRAM on AMD cards. Also have to mention you might not have T pads in between B plate and PCB, some models doesn't...

Is RX 9070 VRAM temperature regular value or hotspot?

You are correct is not used on VRAM. On the core they use prolly a lower grade PTM, I expect anything.

    Gigabyte 9070 XT audio issues

Maybe you have to uninstall or disable devices as HD audio from Device Manger and re install Realtek audio drivers. I can't tell exactly without seeing, I'm using DP cable. It might be as you said AMD drivers but, you have to get rid your system entirely of HD audio including maybe disable it...

Is RX 9070 VRAM temperature regular value or hotspot?

Yeah backplate clown designs. Yes it has measurable benefits, depending how good are thermal pads between PCB and back plate, how good is you case rear fan. Thermal Pads or thermal putty than you go with heatsink on top of TP, than fan over the heatsink or not, if you put a fan, IMO has to be...

Is RX 9070 VRAM temperature regular value or hotspot?

Well done, I would have done the same with the heatsinks on the backplate as I have done with many cards, and I will do with my future 9070XT, except will be fan assisted. Targeted airflow is surpassing whatever air pressure you have in your case, if you want to have a decent noise levels that...

Is RX 9070 VRAM temperature regular value or hotspot?

I've seen your printscreen and I even gave you a like:D, serves very well for those who wants to go full stock experience. If they are not planning "ever" to count VRAM temps in RPM of the fans is just one more reason to go on fixed RPM or create an aggressive fan curve(which can be noisy), my...

Is RX 9070 VRAM temperature regular value or hotspot?

I understand that as well but I see no clickbait IMO in the title. Is it possible that this generation they added VBIOS coded settings for fans RPM/ at certain temps, to override Adrenaline or user settings? IDK Also ignoring the VRAM temps, taking in consideration the HotSpot only and is not...

Is RX 9070 VRAM temperature regular value or hotspot?

He left fans on Auto, fans went from short 1500 RPM to 1100 RPM, I guess he wanted to run the stock experience out of the box.

I'll take my chances, but thanks. Sure here you are 1800RPM

    9070XT or 7900XT or 7900XTX

You need also a very powerful CPU as well for City Skyline 2

    9070XT or 7900XT or 7900XTX

I wouldn't judge the efficiency of a card just by TDP I think is more like 25-30 W, in the future game maybe the gap in between the 2will increase, IDK, will see.

    9070XT or 7900XT or 7900XTX

For PSU any decent 850 W ATX 3.0 will do just fine. ATX 3.0 should deal with any GPU spikes really. I believe 9070XT doesn't exceed 400W in spikes anyway. Peak power excursion (ATX 2.x)=100% Peak power excursion (ATX 3.0)=200% As future proof PSU, well, in EU electricity will not become cheaper...

RX 9000 series GPU Owners Club

Congratz for the Montech at least you can set the fans in front with ease. Also 14 cm are better. Also you don't have hot air recirculating from GPU exhaust do the very close side panel like in my Lian Li OD11 Dynamic XL. Only 3cm for me on 12.5cm width card:banghead:

So you should have the full power with the new image as well, why HP modified OS dictate when you have full power or not? Did they lock the hardware in that way that only unlocks when using their preinstalled software? You should be able to use the hardware fully with or without HP OS or software.
